Migrant staff members from the State of Indiana, including Region 1, are currently in Orlando, FL attending the 49th National Migrant Education Conference. This morning they listened to a group of students talk about their trials and tribulations as migrant students. They spoke about what barriers they’ve had to overcome to continue to pursue a high school diploma and how programs like ours have helped reach their goals.
