Region 1’s Migrant Program expands to 22 counties

Starting September 1st, Region one from the 9 counties it used to serve, now will go to 22. Here is a list of all counties Allen, DeKalb,  Elkhart,  Fulton,  Huntington,  Jasper,  Kosciusko, LaGrange, Lake, LaPorte, Marshall, Newton, Noble, Porter, Pulaski, St. Joseph, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley.
